How to get help

We do not accept self-referrals. A local referral partner needs to understand your situation and issue a foodbank voucher.

1. Speak to a local agency

Contact Oldham Advice Service, Oldham Council, Citizens Advice, a housing support officer, children’s centre, health visitor, social worker or a local charity.

2. Receive a voucher

If emergency food support is appropriate, the agency will issue a voucher and share the relevant information with us.

3. We arrange delivery

Our team will contact you to arrange delivery. The Prince of Wales centre is delivery only and does not offer public collection.
